Boomzino Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V., the entity that operates Boomzino under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The agreement governs account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the Boomzino service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing

Boomzino is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under a multi-product authorisation covering casino, live casino and sportsbook, issued in 2025. Neroblanko Tech B.V. is the licence-holding entity for all products available on this site. The same corporate group operates a number of sister brands, including LiraSpin, Savaspin and Rockyspin, which share a common platform and account architecture but are governed by their own separate terms.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email address, IP address, phone number, payment card, e-wallet and device; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited in accordance with our bonus abuse policy. You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information, and you must update that information promptly if it changes. Players accessing the service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register or play, and access obtained by falsifying geolocation data constitutes a breach of these terms. Identity verification under our KYC Policies must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and we may request supporting documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Revolut, Paysafecard, CashtoCode, bank transfer, and eight cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether; regional methods such as Klarna, Sparkasse and Interac are available in the markets where they apply. The minimum deposit is €20 for the majority of methods, with per-method minimums displayed in your account. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to your fiat balance on receipt and are not held natively. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum of €50 to €120 depending on your country and chosen method, and must be made through the same method used to deposit. Casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours or three business days, after which the payment provider’s own processing time applies. Withdrawal limits at the base loyalty rank are €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week and €10,000 per month; these ceilings rise with your loyalty rank. Any single win exceeding €10,000 is paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is cleared. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though bank wire transfers may incur intermediary bank charges of up to €16 equivalent, which are outside our control.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus offers unless a promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements on casino bonuses are 40 times the bonus amount; the high-roller reload carries a 35x requirement and sportsbook bonuses carry a 5x requirement. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet is €5 on slots and €10 on live games, including doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus received; winnings from no-deposit offers and free spins are capped at €50. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from receipt unless the specific promotion states a different period, and any unmet wagering requirement at expiry voids the bonus and all associated winnings. Game contributions toward wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards and other live games 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses may not be combined. We reserve the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to manipulation of bonus-stage play, low-odds hedging on the sportsbook, or systematic expected-value farming.

Responsible gambling

Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed promptly, and we take reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded player from opening a new account. Dispute resolution

Complaints should be submitted in the first instance to our support team via live chat or at [email protected] , where front-line staff will attempt to resolve the matter immediately. If a complaint cannot be resolved at that level, it is escalated internally and you will be kept informed of progress; refund decisions are issued within seven business days and finalised within 48 hours of the decision. Server logs and records constitute the agreed final authority in determining the outcome of any disputed transaction or game round. Where a dispute remains unresolved after internal escalation to management level, you may refer the matter to an independent body, a relevant gaming authority, or the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the site prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated on this page. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
